Refunds

All sales are final and will not be eligible for return. No refunds will be made. 

Returns and Exchanges

Items bought may only be exchanged due to a wrong size. ISOREP must receive items for exchange within 5 days from the date you received the items. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags. 

To start a return, you can contact us at team@isorep.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customer shoulders the shipping fee so make sure to check the sizing chart before a purchase!
